formVista™ Users Guide

Overview

formVista™ is large piece of software that runs on your web server that allows you to manage your website using your web browser. However, it goes beyond just content management by allowing you to assemble highly interactive and engaging websites connected to a central contact manager where all customer/user information is stored.

There are many use cases but the most common steps are:

  1. create or modify website content to address the needs and concerns of your prospects.
  2. provide a means through which your prospect can contact you and/or interact with you.
  3. reach out to prospects who have expressed an interest with more information.
  4. provide clear calls to action for prospects ready to commit.
  5. Mine your contact database for pattens that may help you market to your audience better.
  6. Constantly tweak, update and refresh as you learn more about your audience.

Once the software has been setup and configured, all of these steps can be accomplished using only your web browser. Typically you will either start with one of the pre-canned sites included with the software or with a website that a web developers, such as Nuts and Bolts Interactive, Inc, has created for you.

You will need a login id and password to log into the formVista backend. This was the login id and password that was provided during setup.
